As a mom of three and grandmother of seven, she brings a natural warmth and patience to the office. She also trains and supports the team to provide warm, attentive service in a fun yet professional environment so patients feel welcomed, supported, and genuinely cared for.
Miki - Dental Hygienist
Miki has been a dedicated dental hygienist for 17 years, bringing both experience and care to her patients. She graduated from dental hygiene school at Apollo College in Boise, Idaho, and has spent eight of those years working with Dr. Lloyd. What Miki enjoys most about being a dental hygienist is caring for her patients and seeing the satisfaction they feel when they leave with a fresh, clean smile. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys living on a small hobby farm in Parma, where she embraces a more rural lifestyle raising animals and enjoying her husband and two children.
Adi - Dental Assistant
Adi grew up surrounded by the dental world, thanks to her mom, a dental hygienist. Her mom influenced her to become a dental assistant, where she gets to combine her love for helping people with her passion for making others feel at ease. Whether it’s cracking a joke or just having a friendly chat, Adi knows how to make patients feel comfortable and relaxed during their visit.
When she's not in the office, Adi is a huge fan of Avatar and Harry Potter, and you can often find her rewatching these epic movies. She’s excited to meet you and make sure your dental experience is as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
Kiahna - Patient Care Administrator
Kiahna loves helping patients achieve their dream smiles while building lasting relationships. She’s all about making sure every patient feels at ease and supported, whether it’s answering questions, guiding them through treatment plans, or just offering a friendly face when they walk in. For Kiahna, it’s not just about dental care—it’s about making people feel like part of the family.
Outside of work, Kiahna enjoys spending time with her husband, Kyle, and their son, Koehn. Whether it’s hunting, fishing, camping, or riding dirt bikes, you’ll often find her outdoors, embracing every adventure that comes her way.
